Error message when trying to Convert to Apple TV optimized videos
I've been using VideoDrive for several months and have been very happy with it, so far. However, recently I've been getting an error message when I try to convert to Apple TV videos (using option 6). The error reads: Import of [movie name] failed because no file was produced during the import process. (error: 9000).
Any suggestions on what might be going on or what I need to do? (I have all the latest versions of iTunes, VideoDrive and QuickTime.)
Thanks,
jsslanders
