Read carefully before posting issues
If you have VideoDrive issues you can post them here in this forum. Always include the following items in your posts to speed up troubleshooting:
Always include:
- the exact error message
- the moment the error occurs
For video import issues:
- the import method you have used (import methods 1 until 9)
- the video conversion tool in case of import methods 5 until 8: QuickTime 7, QuickTime X, HandBrake or Elgato Turbo.264 (HD)
- the video container (MOV, MPEG, AVI, etc) and the video format (DIVX, XVID, H.264, etc) of the files you try to import
For metadata issues:
- the metadata options used
- the full name of the video file
