it would be great to have the ability to add Video_TS dvd backups to itunes. I have been converting my dvd backups to avi's, but being able to have the original DVD main feature linked to itunes, would be ideal.

QuickTime and iTunes cannot play VIDEO_TS files or DVD's. As a result, importing them is not supported as they would not be playable. You always have to convert them first.
