Multiple resolutions

I've asked for it before, and I'm asking again. In our household we have Macs, iPad 4, iPad 1, Apple TV 2, iPhone 4S, iPhone 4, and iPhone 3. I'm sure that's not unusual. If I'm converting an HD video, I have to decide whether I am going to be watching it on (for instance) the original iPad or the iPad 4. Then I have to either keep it as HD or downconvert.

Ideally, I'd like to just tell you what devices I have, and then have VideoDrive provide conversions for those devices. Then my iPad 4 and 30" monitor on my Mac Pro can enjoy 1080p, while my 3 year old can watch it on the iPhone 3 as well. Hard drive space is cheap. I just don't care whether a video takes up 300MB or 3GB.
