Removal of the 9 import methods

One idea we are considering is to get rid of the 9 import methods. However, as this is the core of VideoDrive, we'd like your opinion. In the new version, only 3 options would remain:
- Link ( currently method 2 )
- Copy ( currently method 3 )
- Convert ( currently methods 5 until 8 )

Method 1 is hardly used, method 4 is a legacy option for the first generation apple TV an method 9 can make iTunes unpredictable and is also not officially supported by Apple. We would not remove those methods but hide them in Preferences.

Also, to further streamline the interface, we suggest to merge the Import and Metadata windows as shown here:


What do you think? Will this make VideoDrive easier to understand and use, without taking flexibility and power options away?

I would agree with that, but only if I keep having the option to tag videos without having to convert them.

Also, this new layout is much more clean and easy to use.

Much cleaner and easier to use. But perhaps keep the 9 options available somehow e.g. simpler interface and original interface?
