2.6 trouble with MP4 import
I am importing an mp4 file using v2.6. I am using import method #6. I keep all my files on an external drive, and "copy files to itunes media folder" is unchecked. If I import an AVI file, it converts using Handbrake, and then puts the converted file to the external drive and everything is cool. If I import an mp4 file, i see the movie in itunes, but it never appears as a copy in the external drive. And when I delete the original, it cannot find the source file. So it appears to not be migrating it over. Should I just be putting it manually in the external drive and then importing it into itunes to create the reference file & metadata?

Did you address this issue after our email support so we can close this thread?

I'm seeing the same issue. Is there a solution to this, or is this normal behaviour?

This bug will be addressed in version 2.6.09. I cannot comment on the release date yet.
