Not a full conversion

Im running version 2.6.08 of video drive, once converting is done, all seems to be ok, but after further inspection it turns out that the movies have not completed,although it shows it has and has shut down, I did this on one movie and it finish at the 33 minute mark three times. Its not the movie because Iskysoft video converter worked fine. This has happened on three movies now. For the most part, it works great but on these few occasions it doesn't, any ideas?

Are you using HandBrake as the conversion tool (option is located on the Import tab of Preferences) ?
